How can I get a pastry right now?

Á la carte pastries and breads are available Wednesday through Sunday at our 917 Preston Ave Suite B shop.
*

Where is your bakery?

Our flagship patisserie shop is located at 917 Preston Ave Suite B. This is in the same building as Sticks Kebab & Mona Lisa Pasta. We are located in the right rear, and there is plenty of parking!
*

Where can I find your menu?

Pastries are most fun when they change every day, so you can find our daily menu of breads and pastries posted every morning on our instagram stories.
*

May I reserve pastries ahead of time?

Well… Yes & No ;)
We place priority on the shop environment and we do not accept day-of orders for pick up. On weekends our pastries often sell out and we recommend arriving early. We also recommend planning your visit by checking our Instagram stories for the daily menu, which also lists the approximate times that daily breads will be coming fresh out of the oven.

We do welcome custom orders of a dozen or more items, which we ask be placed at least 3 days in advance. Send us an email and we would be happy to help you with an order!
*

Do you deliver?

So sorry, but not right now!
*

Where do you source your ingredients?

We use organic, locally sourced and seasonal ingredients whenever possible. Here’s a list of some of our suppliers: Agriberry, for fruits
Deep roots, milling grains and flour
River Oak Farms, eggs

Three Ridges Mountain Farm, sour cherries and lavender
Foothills Flower Farm, flower bouquets and cake flowers

Are your pastries and breads suitable for people with dietary restrictions?

We offer an assortment of gluten free pastries, including cookies and seasonal fruit muffins & financiers. Our daily breads—boules, batards and english muffins, oh my!—are vegan. The housemade granola is also gluten free and our seasonally rotating assortment of jams are both gluten free and vegan.

What does 'Cou Cou Rachou' mean?

Bien sur! 'Coucou' (pronounced koo-koo) is an informal but sweet 'Hello' in French. 'Rachou' is the French nickname for "Rachel" (aka their version of "Rach"). Chef Ludo Lefebrve (as well as Rachel's pastry chefs at Le Cordon Bleu Paris) called her this during their time together at his restuarant Petit Trois in Los Angeles.

What is your favorite French phrase?

"Vouloir le beurre et l'argent du beurre" (who doesn't want to have their cake and eat it too?!)
